Job summary

David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the alterations department and provide A+ customer service.

The CSR welcomes customers, schedules appointments, assists with pressing and fitting garments, and ensures items are ready for pickup while maintaining store standards and a positive, five-star experience. This role is part-time with minimal weekday hours and weekend shifts, offers a team bonus, early pay options, and a generous team discount.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers over phone, virtual chats and in person.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows including Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and address concerns with leadership support.
• Explain how alterations can contribute to the dress for the event and promote services.
• Maintain store standards and alterations area in clean, organized condition.
• Assist with appointments, pressing, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.
