St. Joseph's Living Center is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor - RN to lead the care team on weekend shifts and ensure high-quality resident care.

The role offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus and weekend shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, every other weekend, with a $1.00/hour weekend differential. The ideal candidate holds an active CT or Compact RN license, strong clinical nursing skills, CPR/BLS/ACLS, and experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CT or Compact RN license.
• Skilled in medication administration, vital signs, and EHR documentation.
• Familiar with long-term care regulations, infection control, and patient safety.
• CPR certifications (BLS and ACLS).
• Must communicate in English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the care team during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care and smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate and oversee resident care plans while addressing clinical and staffing issues as they arise.
• Support, mentor, and guide staff, fostering a collaborative and professional care environment.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards by leveraging strong nursing expertise.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

$43.50 - $47.50/hour, based on experience
Shift Differential: $1.00/HR on all weekend shifts!
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications for Success

• Active, unencumbered CT or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
