Job summary

St. Joseph’s Living Center is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor – RN to lead the care team on weekend shifts. The role offers a $1.00 per hour weekend differential, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, and part-time hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM every other weekend.

Base pay ranges from $43.50 to $47.50 per hour, dependent on experience. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

Active CT RN license or CT Compact
Strong clinical skills in nursing procedures, meds, vital signs
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and patient safety
Current CPR with BLS and ACLS
Fluent English (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision to the care team during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care and smooth daily operations.
Coordinate and oversee resident care plans while addressing clinical and staffing issues as they arise.
Support, mentor, and guide staff, fostering a collaborative and professional care environment.
Maintain compliance with clinical standards by leveraging strong nursing expertise.
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
