St. Joseph’s Living Center is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor – RN to lead the care team on weekend shifts. The role offers a $1.00 per hour weekend differential, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, and part-time hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM every other weekend.

Base pay ranges from $43.50 to $47.50 per hour, dependent on experience. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Active CT RN license or CT Compact
• Strong clinical skills in nursing procedures, meds, vital signs
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and patient safety
• Current CPR with BLS and ACLS
• Fluent English (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the care team during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered CT or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of long‑term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.
