Job summary

ATI is seeking a CNC Machinist/Machine Operator for our Appleton, WI facility to operate vertical turning centers that produce aerospace components. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment in a safe, climate-controlled environment, Saturday through Sunday nights or Friday-Sunday 5pm-5am, 36 hours paid as 40.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and instructions.
• Pre-employment evaluation required.

Responsibilities

• Reads work instructions and setup sheets for machining operations.
• Interprets drawings and tolerances to perform operations.
• Monitors dimensions with precision measuring tools.
• Operates machining centers to machine forgings from super alloys.
• Loads/unloads parts with an overhead hoist and follows safety practices.
