Job summary

ATI is seeking a CNC Machinist for our Coon Valley, WI location to set up and operate CNC lathes, ensuring precision and quality. This role emphasizes safety, problem solving, and teamwork in a high-performance environment.

The position offers a weekend night shift (Fri–Sun, 5pm–5am) with training on days; 36 hours weekly with an additional 4 hours paid as premium. Competitive benefits are provided by ATI, including a strong 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension.
• The ability to read instructions and perform simple measurements is critical.
• High school diploma or GED required; machining certificate or prior CNC experience preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and perform machining to tight tolerances.
• Inspect raw material and finished parts, document results.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to meet goals.
• Training may be conducted on day shift; night shift on weekends (Fri-Sun, 5pm-5am).
• Support final inspection and ensure quality and safety standards.
