Job summary

ATI in Appleton, WI is seeking a CNC Machinist/Machine Operator to operate vertical turning centers for aerospace-grade components. The role requires reading drawings, using precision measuring tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure parts meet quality specs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to read drawings and use measuring tools accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receives work instructions and operation sheets.
• Reads and interprets drawings and tooling sheets.
• Uses measuring devices to verify dimensions and finishes.
• Operates machining centers for forgings made from super alloys.
• Loads/unloads pieces with overhead hoist.
• Handles material carefully before and after machining.
