Job summary

Planned Companies in Jersey City is seeking Front Desk Associates and Doormen for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 7am–3pm) to greet tenants, guests and vendors, and to ensure a welcoming, safe environment.

You will maintain relationships with tenants, coordinate reservations and events, and assist with local referrals and access to services while managing mail, deliveries and access credentials. Strong communication and a positive, proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations.
• Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Planning and organizing on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and help access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby and maintain and control keys & access cards.
