Job summary

Planned Companies’ Concierge team in Jersey City is hiring Front Desk Associates and Doormen to welcome tenants, guests and vendors and ensure property safety and guest experience.

You will handle introductions, coordinate reservations, events and local referrals, and maintain mail and access controls. Schedule Sunday-Thursday 7am-3pm; pay rate $24.50/hour. Prior customer service and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to greet and assist tenants, guests and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants for personalized experiences.
• Schedule reservations at restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide local referrals and access to activities and services.
• Document and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys and access cards.
