Job summary

STYL Residential in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Part-Time Service Technician I to join the Stonesthrow team. Shift: Saturday & Sunday 8am-5pm.

The technician performs day-to-day maintenance, move-in/move-out repairs, grounds upkeep and basic troubleshooting to support resident satisfaction and safety. No heavy experience required; 0-1 years ok, strong reliability and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year experience in maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to operate general maintenance tools and safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain premises in clean, orderly condition.
• Perform make-ready duties on vacant units.
• Diagnose basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and drywall issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Communicate maintenance issues to leadership.
• Assist with dumpster enclosures as directed.
• Provide on-call service when scheduled.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in training such as fair housing, safety, EPA, harassment prevention.
• Other duties as assigned.
