Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC is seeking a Service Technician to assist in preserving and maintaining residential facilities to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal for current and prospective residents.

The role involves servicing residents promptly, repairing vacant units, assisting supervisors, and performing preventive maintenance, with on-call duties for emergencies and painting interiors of buildings and amenities.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years related experience at an apartment community and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents promptly and professionally.
• Performs repair work on vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Assists Service Supervisor on projects.
• Completes service requests in a timely manner.
• Completes preventive maintenance checklist.
• On-call duty for emergencies or when assigned.
• Interior painting of buildings and amenities.
