Job summary

Stonemark is seeking a Service Technician to help preserve and maintain residential facilities and grounds, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal for current and prospective residents. You will assist the Service Supervisor and perform a variety of maintenance tasks across buildings and common areas.

The role includes responding promptly to resident requests, completing repairs in vacant apartments, and contributing to project work.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined and able to work with plumbing, heating, AC, construction, and electrical tasks.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, gauges, and related maintenance equipment.
• One year certificate or two years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents in a prompt and professional manner.
• Repairs vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Assists Service Supervisor in completing projects.
• Completes service requests promptly and maintains preventive maintenance checklists.
• Performs on-call duty for emergencies when assigned.
• Interior painting of buildings and amenities as needed.
