Job summary

Stonemark is seeking a Service Technician to assist the Service Supervisor in preserving and maintaining community facilities and grounds, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal for residents and prospective residents.

You will perform essential maintenance duties, repair work on vacant apartments, and participate in preventive maintenance, on-call emergencies, and interior painting of buildings and amenities. Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are required.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience at an apartment community and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents in a prompt and professional manner.
• Provides repair work on vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Assists Service Supervisor in completing projects.
• Completes service requests in a timely manner.
• Completes preventive maintenance checklist.
• Performs on-call duty for emergency or when assigned.
• Responsible for interior painting of buildings and amenities.
