Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance service for residential communities
• Renovation experience preferred
• EPA certification Type I and II preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• General maintenance equipment use listed in job details

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor and perform preventative maintenance
• Diagnose problems and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry and appliances
• Maintain premises and grounds in clean and orderly condition
• Make ready duties on vacant units and timely turnovers
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Communicate maintenance issues to supervisors
• Assist with inventory, vendors and contractors
• Use mobile device to dispatch and complete service requests
• Adhere to safety programs and company policies
• Inspect and report safety/repair needs
