Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC is seeking a Service Technician to assist the Service Supervisor in maintaining facilities and grounds at the community. You will perform repairs, painting, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, attractive living spaces.

The role requires a one-year certificate or two years related experience; candidates must be mechanically inclined, able to lift up to 100 pounds, and proficient with tools and HVAC/plumbing tasks.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or two years related experience.
• Must be mechanically inclined with knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, construction and electrical procedures.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Able to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for extended periods.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, Freon recovery machinery, HVAC gauges, and vacuum pumps.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents promptly and professionally.
• Repairs vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Assists Service Supervisor in completing projects.
• Completes service requests and preventive maintenance checklists.
• Performs on-call duty for emergencies or assigned tasks.
• Interior painting of buildings and amenities.
