Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor in New Berlin, WI, to oversee inbound, outbound, and warehousing activities. The role focuses on labor management, scheduling, and performance, with weekend daytime shifts and a goal of safe, cost-efficient operations.

Responsibilities include training and leading staff, coordinating with management and clients, and maintaining adherence to SOPs while striving for high customer satisfaction and continuous process

Qualifications

• Must have a Highschool diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and warehousing activities daily.
• Plan labor, space, and equipment to meet productivity and safety goals.
• Lead staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Communicate with management and clients; monitor KPIs and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and manage cost control.
