Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring an Operations Supervisor for our USA-New Berlin site. You will supervise inbound/outbound, labor planning, and product slotting while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The role includes weekend shifts (Thu–Sat, 4 a.m.–4 p.m.) and personnel development under the direction of the Operations Manager. You will oversee warehousing activities, ensure KPI targets are met, and collaborate with customers and leadership to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Forklift training certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and warehousing activities.
• Plan labor scheduling and space utilization to meet productivity goals.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and development.
• Ensure safety, quality and KPI achievement across operations.
• Coordinate with management and client representatives to optimize operations.
