Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication daily.
• Plan labor scheduling and space utilization.
• Hire and train staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs.
• Meet client KPIs and cost objectives.
• Maintain communication with management and client reps.
