Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of logistics/distribution experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Forklift/MHE certification preferred.
• Proficient with RF scanners and WMS; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound/outbound and warehouse activities, including labor scheduling and space utilization.
• Hire, train and evaluate staff; address performance issues.
• Ensure safety, quality and SOP adherence; aim for client KPIs.
• Coordinate with management and clients to optimize operations.
• Plan daily work and adjust staffing to meet priorities.
