Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Knoxville, TN to oversee warehouse logistics operations and ensure efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods.

You will lead a team, implement warehousing strategies, generate reports, and drive KPI performance while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Eligible candidates should have 2+ years in leadership and logistics, with experience in warehouse equipment and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior leadership experience in a logistics environment.
• 2+ years of prior logistics experience with inventory control.
• Experience with warehouse distribution equipment and reporting.
• Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team responsible for movement of goods and inventory levels.
• Implement warehousing, distribution, and inventory strategies to improve efficiency.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and actions.
• Ensure SLAs and customer requirements are met with accurate processing times.
• Train employees on procedures and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Develop plans to improve efficiency and quality in processes.
• Communicate with management and customers to resolve issues and meet KPIs.
• Support P&L forecasting and labor planning, and operate PIT equipment.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize the supply chain and provide first-level issue support.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and a safe working environment.
