Job summary

CTDI in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Weekend Logistics Supervisor to lead a warehouse team on a Fri-Mon shift, ensuring efficient movement and accurate inventory of goods.

You will analyze reports, drive process improvements, train staff, and ensure SLAs, safety, and compliance while contributing to P&L forecasting.

The role requires 2+ years of logistics leadership, comfort with warehouse equipment, and an associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience required.
• 2+ years of logistics experience required.
• Experience using warehouse distribution equipment.
• Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team monitoring movement of goods and maintaining inventory levels.
• Implement warehousing and distribution strategies.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and actionable items.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and SLAs.
• Provide training to employees on procedures and processes.
• Draft action plans to improve efficiency and quality.
• Communicate with management and customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Achieve daily KPIs and accurate reporting.
• Assist in P&L forecasting and labor planning.
• Operate and train on PIT equipment.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize the supply chain.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues during shifts.
