Job summary

CTDI is seeking a 2nd Shift Logistics Supervisor to oversee distribution and warehouse processes in a CTDI facility. You will monitor performance, supervise a team, and interface with customers to ensure accurate, timely operations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining compliance, training, and generating reports. A technical degree or related certifications are strongly preferred, with 2–3+ years in warehouse supervision. RF devices and WMS/SAP/TMS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years’ experience supervising a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Background in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Solid understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
• Experience with RF devices and a solid understanding of a WMS, SAP, and TMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of employees and temporary workers handling shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
• Maintain customer compliance requirements for accuracy and processing times.
• Train employees on procedures and ensure adherence.
• Coach and motivate staff to meet job expectations.
• Counsel employees on performance and document deficiencies.
• Prepare attendance records and corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and analyze reports and note trends for improvements.
• Develop action plans to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with Technical Repair to monitor turnaround times.
