Job summary

CTK Enterprises is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Antioch, Tennessee. You will lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate workflows, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. You’ll train staff, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to support multi-channel fulfillment.

The role emphasizes leadership, process execution, and a proactive approach to inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or retail fulfillment experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse.
• Basic computer and inventory-system skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily work assignments for warehouse staff.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and equipment used properly.
• Collaborate with retail, e-commerce, and events teams.
