Job summary

You will work Friday–Monday 5:00 AM–3:00 PM with potential remote Saturdays and Sundays, using the Transportation Management System to process entries and coordinate load appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clear and professional oral and written communication skills, including email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Process shipment entries in the Transportation Management System.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with customers and carriers.
• Exceed on-time pick-up and delivery expectations.
• Supervise shipments and adjust plans as needed based on changing needs.
• Schedule appointments with shippers/receivers and update the TMS.
• Collaborate with Logistics Teams to resolve shipment issues.
