Job summary

Uber Freight is expanding internal growth for team members in Customer Support Specialist roles who want broader end-to-end transportation responsibilities. The role is hybrid in Rogers, AR, with a schedule that includes full-time hours and hourly pay.

You will move from support into transportation execution, handling shipment lifecycles, carrier coordination, appointment scheduling, and customer communication while supporting service performance and operational execution.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage full order lifecycle using the TMS including load building, tendering, tracking, and execution.
• Drive on-time pickup and delivery performance across assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain carrier relationships to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Execute freight coverage strategies using routing guides and spot market options.
• Balance cost and service through optimized plans (consolidation, routing, mode selection).
• Monitor shipment data integrity and proactively resolve system errors or exceptions.
• Identify trends and prevent service failures with data-driven insights.
• Communicate professionally with shippers, receivers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze performance trends to recommend service improvements across carriers, shippers, and receivers.
• Resolve carrier invoice discrepancies within TMS workflows.
• Support onboarding and training of new users on systems and processes.
• Document and execute customer-specific SOPs with accuracy.
• Serve as key contact for issue resolution between carriers and customers.
• Apply transportation knowledge to support execution excellence.
