• 1+ year of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Experience with Uber Freight's Transportation Management System (TMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full order lifecycle in the TMS from load building to tendering and execution.
• Drive on-time pickup and delivery performance across assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong carrier relationships for reliable service delivery.
• Execute freight coverage strategies using routing guides and spot market options.
• Monitor shipment data integrity and resolve system errors or exceptions.
• Communicate professionally with shippers, receivers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify trends to prevent service failures through data-driven insights.
