Job summary

Uber Freight in Memphis is seeking a Customer Support Specialist III to ensure on-time delivery of customer shipments, build relationships with customers and carriers, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Training will be on-site Monday-Friday for the first 90 days, after which a hybrid schedule is available.

You will process shipment entries, communicate effectively in difficult situations, and collaborate with Logistics Teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience with intermodal shipments.
• Customer Service background.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process shipment entries and actively lead timely performance objectives.
• Maintain professional communications with customers and carriers during difficult situations.
• Exceed customer on-time pick-up and delivery expectations.
• Supervise shipments and adjust plans as needed based on shipper and carrier changes.
• Set up shipments, update load status, and coordinate with Logistics Teams to resolve issues.
