Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up station per guidelines and prepare items sanitary and timely.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs.
• Restock items and maintain a clean, organized station.
• Operate and understand POS ticket system and kitchen safety rules.
• Assist with closing and shifting responsibilities as needed.
