Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings. You will assess patient and family needs, develop and direct individualized plans of care with the Interdisciplinary Group, and provide nursing care using the full nursing process.

Required: an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and an active RN license. Preferred: 1 year hospice experience.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: 1 year hospice nursing experience.
• Current, unencumbered RN license and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Complete patient and family assessments to determine hospice needs.
• Write and initiate Plan of Care with the IDG and revise as needed.
• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process in home settings.
