• Provide accurate information to patients, staff and external customers.
• Transfer calls to proper extensions and maintain communication flow.
• Coordinate emergency codes and disaster notifications for on‑call staff.
• Verify demographic information and document inpatient records as required.
• Maintain records of pages, notifications and calls per protocol.
• Attend to general inquiries and assist with connections to external operators.
• Maintain reliable attendance and comply with policies.
