Job summary

You will prepare and serve grill and deli items, maintain clean work areas, and ensure HACCP compliance while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent), prior cafeteria or healthcare food service experience is a plus, and you will work Saturdays and Sundays 10:30 AM–7:00 PM with a 16-hour weekly

Qualifications

• Previous grill cook or line cook experience preferred.
• Experience in a cafeteria or healthcare food service is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and HACCP guidelines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in English with good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve grill and deli menu items per recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cafeteria areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment such as grills, fryers, and slicers.
• Assist with catering preparation and service.
• Follow HACCP, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Attend department meetings and required training.
