Mass General Brigham is seeking a Grill Cook for the Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital cafeteria. The role focuses on preparing grill and deli items, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced hospital setting, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness.

You will work Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, supporting meal service, catering needs, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret in detail and to translate research findings, and to synthesize information.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve grill and deli menu items in accordance with recipes, quality standards, and customer requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns or special requests.
• Stock and replenish food products and supplies, including hot foods, grab‑and‑go items, deli products, soups, beverages, and frozen desserts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafeteria, serving areas, and tray return stations.
• Follow HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
