Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital seeks a Cook to support patient, staff, and guest meals with a focus on quality and safety. You will assist in daily food production, follow recipes, and ensure sanitation and portion standards are met.

Under supervision, you will participate in menu preparation, catering orders, and kitchen cleanliness while adhering to HACCP guidelines and dietary requirements. This onsite role supports patient dining in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Relevant food service experience preferred.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Attend production and department meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to needs promptly.
• Comply with HACCP and all safety standards.
• Prepare daily menu items, specials, and catering orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Stock and replenish workstations after service.
• Communicate shortages and issues to leadership.
