Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking a Grill Cook for weekend shifts. You will prepare grill and deli items, serve customers, maintain sanitation, and support catering needs in a fast-paced cafeteria.

Prior grill cook or line cook experience is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred. This position is onsite at 1153 Centre Street with 16 hours per week and pay from $19.15 to $28.46 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Ability to operate grills, fryers, slicers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Reading and following recipes accurately.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve grill and deli menu items per recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle special requests.
• Stock and replenish food products and supplies.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Assist with catering needs and department goals.
• Follow HACCP, sanitation, and safety standards.
