This part-time role covers weekends with potential evenings, handling calls, registrations, scheduling, and basic billing while maintaining confidential records and supporting the healthcare team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage and respond to phone calls, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Handle patient registration, scheduling and basic billing.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and files.
• Provide administrative support to healthcare team members as needed.
• Participate in weekend coverage, including evenings and weekends as scheduled.
