Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and multiline phone system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and visitors.
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to destinations.
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
• Maintain and tidy the reception area.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information including PHI.
