Job summary

Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy is seeking a part-time Front Desk Patient Advocate to be the friendly first contact for patients. You will onboarding new patients, manage appointment schedules, and assist with billing and payments, ensuring a smooth check-in and financial flow.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, multi-tasking across tasks, and a positive patient experience in a fast-growing clinic network. Monday–Friday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Pass a Background Check.
• Associate degree proffered.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• 2 years front desk/receptionist experience would be nice.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new patients and welcome them to the clinic.
• Manage patient treatment schedules and appointments.
• Provide billing and payment collection support to ensure smooth cash flow.
