Job summary

Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy is seeking a part-time Front Desk Patient Advocate to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will onboard new patients, manage treatment schedules, and support billing and payments, ensuring a smooth patient flow.

The role requires Monday–Friday availability with early start and a close at 6:30 pm. A background check is required, and the ideal candidate has multi-tasking abilities and 2 years of front desk experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or receptionist roles is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy clinic.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new patients and greet them at the front desk.
• Manage patient treatment schedules and appointment flow.
