Job summary

Community Care Partners seeks a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, assist with check-in, registration, and medical records distribution. You will collect copays, explain care costs, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and professionalism in a fast-paced, patient‑focused environment, with opportunities for growth and benefits. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact effectively with people from all backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly, supportive manner
• Check patients in for appointments and scan documents into charts
• Assist with registration forms and distribute medical records
• Collect and post copayments and outstanding balances; balance cash drawer daily
• Inform patients of care costs and collect required fees
• Assess walk‑in traffic for potential emergencies
• Communicate patient needs to clinical staff
• Answer phones professionally and route calls appropriately
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Keep reception and waiting areas clean and sanitized
• Provide coverage for medical records and prior authorizations as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
