Job summary
Planet Fitness in Richmond, IN is seeking a Part Time Member Services Representative for weekend shifts. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering friendly, professional service, assisting with memberships, inquiries, and transactions.
You will check in members using the club POS, answer phones, process sign-ups and payments, and help keep the facility clean and welcoming. The role requires on-site work, a positive attitude, and reliability; CPR/AED and tanning
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- On-site work required; this is not a remote position.
- Upbeat, professional and positive attitude with strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual and dependable.
- CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide information about memberships and amenities; assist tours and sign-ups.
- Check members in using the club POS system and process payments.
- Answer phones professionally and handle inquiries and billing questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the club environment.
