Planet Fitness Corinth is seeking a Front Desk Representative for part-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 1pm–7pm). You will greet members, sign in guests, answer phones, assist with memberships, and keep the club clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities include checking members in, guiding tours for prospects, handling member questions professionally, and updating member accounts as needed. A friendly, reliable, and approachable attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, assist callers, check members in, and sign up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain the club’s neatness and cleanliness.
