• Manages drivers' activities to meet client expectations and Hogan policies.
• Interviews prospective drivers and makes hiring recommendations.
• Coaches and trains drivers on customer service, safety, and Hogan practices.
• Coordinates services for customers to maximize profits and schedules drivers accordingly.
• Monitors driver performance, payroll accuracy, and daily run schedules.
