Job summary

Hogan Transportation is seeking a Fleet Manager to provide operational leadership and support to drivers on a customer account. You will act as a liaison with clients to ensure high-quality service, on-time deliveries, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree is preferred and can be advantageous.
• 2–5 years of experience in the transportation/trucking industry is expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages drivers’ activities to meet Hogan’s expectations and client needs.
• Addresses driver performance issues via coaching and discipline as appropriate.
• Interviews prospective drivers and makes hiring recommendations.
• Conducts 30- and 60-day performance reviews.
• Coaches and trains drivers on customer service, safety, and company policies.
• Coordinates services to maximize client satisfaction and profits.
• Schedules and directs drivers according to customer requests and needs.
• Monitors driver performance and daily activities.
