Everleap Fertility (Triangle MSO LLC) in Raleigh, NC seeks a Weekend Per-Diem Front Desk/Patient Services Coordinator to welcome patients, manage check-in, verify documents and support the care team during weekend clinics.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, accurate data entry, scheduling coordination and basic insurance coordination, with weekend hours typically from 7:30am to 1pm. Two weekends per month, opportunity to assist other front desk tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience required.
• Experience in the medical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all incoming patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
• Update patient files and guide patients through their visit.
• Anticipate patient needs and anxieties, providing reassurance and clear communication.
• Assess scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions to optimize patient flow.
• Collect patient payments and copays as required.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure insurance information is accurate.
• Verify patient demographic and insurance details for accuracy.
• Send/receive/scan medical records and respond to emails/portal messages.
• Answer phones and perform daily appointment confirmation calls.
