Everleap Fertility in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a friendly Float Front Desk/Patient Services Coordinator to greet patients, coordinate visits, and support care teams across multiple offices. This full-time role offers shifts of 5:30am–1:30pm or 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays; comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years practical experience in a similar position.
• Experience in a patient-facing role preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is desirable.
• 2+ years practical experience in a customer service setting.

Responsabilités

• Welcomes and greets patients and visitors.
• Coordinates appointments and guides patients through visits.
• Works with care teams to coordinate total patient care.
• Collects payments and verifies insurance information.
• Schedules and confirms appointments and handles phone tasks.
