Pinnacle Fertility is hiring a Weekend Patient Experience Coordinator to support patients through their fertility journey at our Seattle, WA clinics. This part-time, on-site role covers Saturdays and Sundays 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Fridays or Mondays possible).

No fertility experience required; training provided and growth opportunities in reproductive medicine await. Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying details, handling calls and scheduling, and maintaining EMR records with

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, medical office, or similar patient-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, creating a professional, compassionate experience.
• Verify demographic, insurance, and appointment information.
• Manage incoming calls, questions, and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in EMR.
• Process billing, copays, and patient payments.
• Partner with clinical and administrative teams to support operations.
• Help resolve patient concerns and connect patients with the right team.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area.
• Float between Washington clinic locations as needed.
• Support additional projects and administrative responsibilities.
