Gateway Church is seeking a Weekend & MME Coordinator in Southlake, TX. You will manage logistics for weekend services and major ministry events, ensuring calendars, rooms, registrations, and materials are organized and accurate.

You’ll recruit and coordinate Serve Team members across campuses, train volunteers with the Specialist, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet event goals. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in administrative, event, or coordination work.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in church, nonprofit, or event environments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate logistical and administrative details for weekend services and Major Ministry Events.
• Maintain event calendars, room reservations, resource requests, and deadlines.
• Coordinate event registrations, reporting, communications, and campus support.
• Process purchase requisitions, check requests, expenses, and invoices per approved processes.
• Prepare, update, and distribute event documents, run sheets, signage requests, and printed materials.
• Recruit and coordinate Serve Team members across campuses; manage scheduling and communication.
