Job summary

Gateway Church in Southlake, TX seeks a Weekend and MME Coordinator to manage administrative, systems, and Serve Team logistics for weekend services and Major Ministry Events. You will coordinate registrations, calendars, rooms, requests, purchasing paperwork, and campus information to keep events moving smoothly.

Working with a Manager and Specialist, you will recruit and schedule volunteers, train, and ensure accurate information flows from planning to execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years administrative, event, or coordination experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Church, nonprofit, or event environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistical and administrative details for weekend services and Major Ministry Events.
• Maintain event calendars, room reservations, resource requests, and deadlines.
• Coordinate event registrations, setup, reporting, attendee communication, and campus support.
• Handle purchase requisitions, check requests, expense reports, and invoices within approved processes.
• Prepare, update, and distribute event documents, run sheets, signage requests, and materials.
• Actively recruit and coordinate Serve Team members across campuses; manage scheduling and communications.
• Train volunteers with the Specialist and support retention efforts.
• Submit and track requests to multiple partner departments following the event plan.
• Maintain event records, attendance data, and post-event documentation.
• Help improve Rock RMS usage for event planning and registration.
• Order and maintain event supplies and materials.
• Serve as contact for campuses on weekend and MME logistics and information.
• Support event setup, on-site logistics, and teardown; be present at events as required.
