Job summary

Gateway Church seeks a Weekend and MME Specialist to shape weekend service experiences across multiple campuses. You will partner with the Creative Director to craft seamless service flows, run-of-show plans, and on-site cueing, ensuring a polished worship and ministry experience.

The role requires 3+ years in live service programming, strong leadership, and excellent verbal communication. This on-site position emphasizes teamwork, planning, and adaptability during events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in live service or event programming is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in multisite church or large-venue environments is preferred.
• Strong timing, attention to detail, and follow-through are essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Creative Director on weekend and MME programming and service flow.
• Develop run of show content, run sheets, cues, and rehearsal plans.
• Oversee floor manager teams and lead on-site execution.
• Coordinate with Worship, Live Production, and Communications to align event direction.
• Train and lead Serve Teams, recruit and schedule with Coordinator.
• Participate in planning meetings and run rehearsals.
• Assess congregant experience and implement practical improvements.
