Job summary

Gateway Church is seeking a Weekend and MME Coordinator to manage administrative, systems, and Serve Team logistics for weekend services and Major Ministry Events. You will coordinate registrations, calendars, rooms, and volunteer scheduling, ensuring information flows from planning to on-site execution.

Working with the Manager and Specialist, you will recruit Serve Team members, train volunteers, manage event records, and help improve Rock RMS workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with two or more years of admin, event, or coordination experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a church, nonprofit, or event environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistical and administrative details for weekend services and Major Ministry Events.
• Maintain department event calendar, room reservations, resource requests, and deadlines.
• Coordinate event registrations, setup, reporting, and attendee communication.
• Handle purchase requisitions, check requests, expense reports, and invoices.
• Recruit and coordinate Serve Team members across campuses; manage scheduling and volunteer communications.
